- Reservation Policy

All eligible patrons may reserve equipment 45 days in advance of the scheduled pickup day. Reservations will be held by credit card. Restrictions apply for use of certain equipment, please inquire.
Equipment Issue fees are based on the length of time the customer will have the equipment. Hours of operation and Federal holidays will be taken into consideration when reservations are made.
Pick Up/Turn In Policy—All equipment must be picked up and returned on the date and time indicated on the Rental Contract.
Reservation Extensions—may be done by calling the center before the original turn in time. If equipment is already reserved by another patron, no other extension will be given and item must be returned at the original time. If an extension is given, you will be responsible for the normal daily fees, payable upon return of equipment.
The following requirements must be met prior to renting equipment.
1. All tow vehicles must be equipped with trailer light hook-ups and have proper hitch.
2. 25’-35’ campers require a vehicle with the proper towing capacity, 2 5/16” ball, trailer lights and electrical brakes.
The following orientations are provided if renting the following equipment .
(Can be class conducted or individual)
- ATV orientation
- Tractor orientation
- Travel trailer orientation
Pickup Time—3 - 5 p.m.
Return Time—Before 11 a.m. Early pickup is prior to 3 p.m.
Early pickup fee is 1/2 day of rental cost.
